   4th c.AD(?): Arcadius Grammaticus κακρίνω (see. below) ῑ, give as sentence against, τὸ τελευτῆσαι πάντων ἡ πεπρωμένη κατέκρινε Isocrates Orator 1.43: —passive, τοῖσι κατεκέκρῐτο θάνατος sentence of death had been passed upon them, Herodotus Historicus 7.146 ; κατακεκριμένων οἱ τούτων when this sentence has been given against him, prev. author 2.133; φυγὴν κατακριθείς 1Suidas Legal icographus see at {Ἱεροκλῆς}: impers., ἂν κατακρῐθῇ μοι if sentence be given against me, Xenophon Historicus “Apologia Socratis” 7: 4th c.AD(?): Arcadius Grammaticus, with dat. person et genitive rei, ὀσέοι ἂν χρηστήριον κακρίνη ἢ γνωσίαι κακριθήη τῶν χρημάτων anyone whom the oracle has condemned or who by judicial process has been condemned to forfeit his property, “IG” 5(2).262.14, 15 (Mantinea, 5th c.BC, = “Class.Phil.” 20.137).
